Meet Annelise Collins
Born in Waco, Texas, and raised in Munich, Germany, I had the privilege of growing up in a
family that loved adventures. With my parents and two younger brothers, we traveled
extensively, exposing me to diverse countries, languages, and cultures from a young age.
Upon returning to the United States, I pursued my college degree at U Mass in Boston, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in German and French Literature with Honors.
Eager for new challenges, I headed to New York City—a very exciting place for a young person filled with energy! “If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere!” Living on the Upper West Side, I worked in advertising production as a Casting Director, contributing to major TV and Print campaigns. It was a fun time in my life. One of my fondest memories was going to work every day in the iconic Chrysler Building, renowned for its Art Deco design and inspiring silhouette.
My casting career eventually led me to Los Angeles, where I transitioned into the independent
Film Industry while continuing my work in Advertising. Always drawn to fresh ideas and reinvention, I decided to pivot in 2008, embracing a new challenge in residential real estate. Obtaining my RE license, I immersed myself in the dynamic world of property transactions, finding immense fulfillment in making a tangible impact on people's lives.
Today, Santa Monica is my home, where I live with my husband, daughter, and our beloved dog, Lottie. Outside of work, I indulge in my hobbies as a photographer, nature enthusiast, avid gardener, and world traveler. Whether capturing the beauty of landscapes through my lens or connecting with people and places around the globe, I find joy in every moment of my journey.

both professionally and personally.
